Jakarta–PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (OCBC NISP) with PT Rintis Sejahtera (ATM Prima network provider) collaborates in electronic banking with UnionPay International.

 This collaboration aims to provide convenience for professionals, enterpreneurs, and tourists with domestic and international UnionPay card when doing transaction in Indonesia.

"UnionPay debit and credit card owner would be at ease and comfortable in doing cash withdrawal and balance inquiry at OCBC NISP Bank ATM," said OCBC NISP Retail Banking Director, Thomas Low at OCBC NISP Tower, Jakarta, Monday, 25 January 2016. 

He added, that OCBC NISP constantly put efforts at product and service development so its suitable with customer necessity growth. "Last year, we have also launched Multicurrency account product with Chinese Yuan Offshore currency," he said. 

UnionPay International Country Manager for Indonesia, Winarto Widjaja stated, their party would keep on improving payment technology from UnionPay and its brand awareness in Indonesia. He convinced that OCBC and Rintis collaboration would support the security and convenience of UnionPay card owner financial transaction in Indonesia.

Rintis Marketing Director, Suryono Hidayat added, the launching of cross border transaction between UnionPay and OCBC NISP is one of Jaringan Prima support to member banks in dealing with ASEAN Economy Community (AEC). (*) Paulus Yoga
